If you are a Starbucks person, that is not going to change...but just a heads up this is the SLOWEST Starbucks on the planet .. it never fails! I live close so I go all the time but if I'm in any kind of hurry, forget it.

Okay I love Starbucks that's without a doubt but taking the drive through in this location is not the best idea its a 10 minute delay which is a problem if your in a rush. I enjoy the inside of this location cause its spaciously neat. The outside is small but definitely breezy, I ordered the heart blueberry oatmeal which was delishes and fresh highly recommended if you enjoy having a healthy but tasty oatmeal breakfast.

-Skinny mocha tasted like cigarettes and had me in the potty for the next 3-4 hours. I'm not lactose intolerant. -After I said "no whipped cream," snippy sales person felt the need to tell me that "skinny means no whipped cream." Thanks, buddy, for remind

This location is one of very few in the country with an evening menu that offers craft brews, wine, and some menu items. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the food--it was only so-so and very limited. Aside from that, however, their regular stuff is consistently good, served quickly, and done correctly. The drive-through is great!

While this store serves craft beer and wine now, I have yet to experience that but as a regular cafe it leaves a lot to be desired. Why? Because on multiple occasions I have asked for things like no whipped cream, iced not hot, completed my order but still asked if I had ordered anything else and list continues on and on. Again it isn't about being asked if I want a scone or something, because that's fine but I have said my order was complete and have been asked multiple times if I want anything else. My biggest issue has been the miscommunication between myself and baristas, I know my orders and I never order anything too complicated or "secret menu" I don't like whipped cream and I have a dairy allergy so it's why when I ask for things like coconut milk and no whip it's for a reason so when baristas write whipped cream or ask me if I want whole milk it gets a bit frustrating, I've never had this issue with my tea though. The area for guests isn't bad though, I have spent a few afternoons writing here and it's hardly full during that lunch rush since most people take their stuff to go or use the drive through so it makes the seating area nice and accessible, it's also a huge location which is great. Though this location is a bit lacking on the outlets and it would be nice if I wouldn't have to leave when my computer starts to run low. Other than that the main seating area is great and rather open which I suspect has been changed to fit the evening crowds coming for their beer and wine. Aside from that as mentioned, for some reason the baristas fail to listen a bit which makes me a bit disappointed but the area is nice and I would like to come back for the beer and wine eventually.

This store now serves Craft Beer & Wine as well as appetizers. Great place to relax at night!

First time visiting any Starbucks that has added the appetizers. My mistake was coming in at 3:00 when they were transitioning from day menu to evening menu. Out of almost all the normal baked goods. Now this location has long communal tables with faux "natural fiber" tablecloths and signs requesting you ask a barista for seat reservation. Way over the top artsy-fartsy fake "class" even from within Starbucks' milieu. Like I said, last time visiting any Starbucks that has added the appetizers.

All I have to say is Pumpkin Spice Latte! YUM... I love star bucks. This location as a drive thru which at times the wait can be more then 10 min. This is my only pet peeve if you are in a rush. Overall I love everything Starbucks.....

This Starbucks does not have a drive-thru, and that is probably why the service is so much faster and friendlier than your usual. Without having to deal with two different lines of people, the baristas are able to full their full focus on the customers that are right in front of them... This is not to say that locations that have drive-thru's that the customers that are inside are treated badly, quite the contrary- it is the drivers that are not as respected, but that is another review for another Starbucks location... The food is always fresh here (I've been to other locations where I think they have held on to their pastries for too long)- and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable (they understand that upside-down means to stir the macchiato before serving)- and they do this all with a smile. The seating at this location is rather comfortable, which is not different, but at this location the faux leather is not cracked and peeling onto unsuspecting customers - again another review for another Starbucks location. There is outdoor seating at this location- and if you find that there aren't enough tables, I have found that you can use the tables from the restaurant next door, I've never had a problem.

Good service at the drive-through, which is how I order when I come here. Drinks are done within a reasonable time, with courteous service, and consistently correct! Nice location!

After my experience today, I really want to give this Starbucks 2 stars, but considering that every other time I've been there- I would have given it four, I will give them a break, and offer 3. We all know Starbucks. Love 'em or hate 'em you know the deal. Usually, when I come here I see the same shiny happy people. They know exactly what I want, and I get through the line pretty quickly. It is very well run, and everything goes smoothly. Today was not the case. I can understand that the person running the cash register was new- she made a mistake with the customer in front of me who was used to the same efficiency that I am on a usual basis. In order to fix the mistake- it seemed as if it took the ONE knowledgeable barista a year to teach the cashier how to solve the problem, when it was obvious, if he was at the register, there would NOT have been said issue! Additionally, there was a girl in the back who was filling the containers of syrups verrrrry sloooooowly - and completely ignoring the fact that there was any line at all. It was as if she thought she was in another room where no one was able to see that there was another Starbucks employee that could help you, but just wasn't. So instead of 2 competent people working- there were 2 incompetent people and one person completely busting his a##. I mean really? I have to say that I am really glad that I was only second in line, because this was just ridiculous- as when I ordered, the cashier again, had no idea what to punch in, and all I ordered was a venti tea and an ice coffee!!! Where are the regular baristas who all us regulars know and love?@@@@

This is the closest Starbucks to our house, so this is the one we frequent. We usually go through drive-thru, and although most of the people working drive thru are friendly, it tends to take FOREVER! I like to pick up coffee before work, especially since I've been working night shift, but the line is usually long at about 5 pm and I know it will be a minimum of a 15 min wait so I just keep going because I can't afford to lose so much time in a drive thru to then battle traffic. One time I decided to go inside and see if it would be any quicker, since most people were in the drive thru line, and it ended up being about the same wait time. They have a ton of people behind the counter, like 6, but only one barista. If anything they should have at least two barista's for the amount of foot traffic they get and move things along faster for the customers. If their drive thru would somehow become faster/more efficient then we would probably go more, but it's a bit ridiculous sometimes.

If you think you're going to "stop real quick" for a cup of coffee, Think again. This aint no mcdonalds ,"Can I take your order, here you go, come again", operation.. be prepared to wait for the 2 exhausted baristas making 50 venti extrawhip frappacino full of sugar all american milkshake dessert coffees at 730 in the morning because the guy ahead of you decided to treat the whole office to diabetes today. When all you wanted was a latte. Leave alittle earlier if youre stopping by is all im saying.... P.s. I wrote this review while waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No joke.

Prices at this location are about 5 cents lower than any other that I've been to. Inside is nice, clean, and large with good amount of seating available. Drive thru available but kind of tight when turning in.

This place is just like any other Starbucks. The coffees and teas all taste alike to me no matter what Starbucks you go unless the brewer just really sucks. Anyhow, I came here to study, if that's what brings you here--forget about it! This might as well be called Starbucks club/lounge. The ppl are rowdy! Loud as hell even though my face is planted into my book, they don't get the message. I repeat-- NOT A GOOD STUDY SPOT. Granted I'm inside, there's outside seating which may be a little more quite.

Closest Starbucks to our home with a drive thru. For some unknown reason if your in the drive thru expect to wait a minimum of at least twenty minutes. But if you go inside your in and out in a couple of minutes. Manager needs to wake up and smell the coffee and try to figure out what is the issue at the window. Meanwhile I guess I have to get my lazy butt out of the car for my Iced Coffee fix..

If you see their poster "Ground for your Garden", that is a lie. I asked for their coffee ground and I was told that they don't have it at that moment but they will get it ready for me the next day. When I went back for it, Chris told me that "we do not collect coffee ground anymore..." I told him that someone told me to come back and there is a poster on the wall saying "Ground for your Garden". He said "No, we do not have space for that". So...why put up that poster and pretend you are environmental friendly company?

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years because it's right by my house. Their service is great, very friendly and they have a drive-thru which is so convenient. The only problem is that they don't know how to make the drinks right. I always have to send my drink back and ask them to make it again. They make the iced coffee very watery, not enough syrup. For the chai tea latte they fill up the cup with milk and not enough chai tea so it just taste like milk. I find it very frustrating because there are other Starbucks locations that make my drinks right so I'll have to drive out of my way an extra couple of miles to get my coffee because this particular location always make my drinks with no taste or flavor whatsoever. Ugh!

Why do I come here? They're super incompetent and very slow. The drive thru line extends passed the parking lot. The line inside is just as long. The only reason I came here is I figured a Sunday at 1030 should be bad, I was wrong. The environment is NOT upbeat, it seems like a food line at a correctional facility. No smiles, no customer service and definitely no speed. Avoid this location at all cost.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. This one has a lot of cozy large chairs, a couple of love seats and tables. The lights are slightly dimmed and it's got the feeling of a comfortable coffee shop. It's like visiting an old friend where you can kick up your feet and chill. Also, I really like the barristas here -- they are friendly and provide quick service. If you're in a rush (as we all are most of the time), they have drive-thru!

This Starbucks is less than a mile from my house, probably less than half a mile. I absolutely love it. I've never been to a better Starbucks, really! For one, their coffee is CONSISTENTLY GOOD. The service has always been outstanding. Just really nice people! I agree with Hans, they are very efficient and fast. There are various tables, booths, and chairs to make yourself comfortable at... and there is free WiFi--and who doesn't love that. There are always people here... morning, noon, and night. They have a drive thru and that's very convenient for a day like today when it was raining and I didn't want to get out of my car to get coffee. Overall: Outstanding.

The place is very clean and organized. So many comfy chairs to choose from! The staff is nice and Christine had my order ready in less than two minutes. I would defenetly come back to this location again and recommend it to anyone that's in the area.

I am at Starbucks every day and I have to say this is my absolute favorite store. I travel alot and have seen alot of Starbucks stores. The coffee is amazing, staff super- nice and the place is spotless. It is reallly pleasant lounging out in there huge seating area. Its a really nice space. Service is fantastic too. Wifi super fast. I also love the drive thru on days when I am too busy to go in. They are super fast and drinks just as delicious. I look forward to coming to my favorite Starbucks store and eating all their yummy baked goods and coffee for many years to come!

Typically a busy location, I don't frequent this location often. I did not gig them for this as a busy location means a successful business. I was impressed that the Baristas remember my signature drink - a "Bill's Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. Free wi-fi, although slow at time, but who can complain with free. Coffee and service is consistently good. This location does have a drive-thru for those on the run. /s/ William E. Awesome service. Nice baristas. I love my usual green tea frapp. But I always like to try new things. This Starbucks is always busy. In the morning the drive thru line goes around the restaurant. If you're looking to stall before going to work because you simply have the time, go ahead and wait in line. The baristas make up for it by working hard and fast. You can never go wrong with asking for a few more pumps of flavor or getting a very berry hibiscus refresher.

I enjoy going to this Starbucks because it is conveniently located near my house AND it has a drive-thru! The baristas are all very pleasant and they are quick! They get you what you need in record timing. When time allows, I do enjoy sitting down inside this location. Compared to other Starbucks locations, it has plenty of seating. I don't think I've ever gone there and was unable to grab a seat. They also have a little area outside facing Pines Blvd. It's great to see all of the goings and comings of people and the setup there allows you to enjoy that for sure! As expensive as the coffee is, I'm extremely happy that Starbucks now has a reward system in place. As a gold card holder, I get a free drink or food item for every 12 stars earned. My only issue with the rewards program is that you earn a star for each visit vs. each dollar spent but something is a whole lot better than nothing so no complaints over here! I love this Starbucks, probably one of the better ones in South Florida!

this is my "home" starbucks. it's very close to my house so it's one of the many stops i make before i head out anywhere. the only reason i didn't give it a 5 star rating is that they tend to forget a component in my drink, whether it be an equal, whipped cream, or iced or hot... they always seem to screw it up somehow. brian is the only one that remembers me and my drink, too bad he doesn't work everytime i make it there, which is everyday BTW. lol. if they could just have some employee retention, i think we'd be ok. nonetheless, i still make it over there everyday. cause some days i get a lucky and they don't "forget" anything. ***side note: maybe if i didn't go to the drive-thru all the time, they wouldn't "f*ck me in the drive-thru". -joe pesci

this is my favourite starbucks location! clean store and fast, efficient, friendly barristers that make my java cocktails the way i like 'em. i'm glad that this store has the feature to use my mobile eStarbucks card for iPhone. but, it didn't work at this location. i was the second person that tried to use it this morning as the barrister said but maybe the tech guys are still working on the kinks. hope they fix the problem soon!

Starbucks is one of my first stops in the morning no matter where I am on the map, if at all possible...I am definitely in a position to rate. I love this location as well as the variety of pastries, sandwiches, an other goodies... However the customer service could step their game up!!! The one thing I enjoy when I go for my coffee is the Starbucks Customer Service way... they don't have it... Never smiling, no connection,,, just a cup of coffee,,, I am not use to that kind of reception within the Starbucks establishment...
